1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account via Google OAuth, or using the AI Agency platform (including web applications, APIs, and edge gateways operated by PRRX Cooperation), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Token Metering & Free Tier Quotas

Free accounts are granted a non-transferable allocation of 50,000 tokens per day. Tokens reset automatically at 00:00 UTC each calendar day. Free token balances do not roll over. Automated script attacks, bot floods, or intentional circumventing of token counters will result in immediate session termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AI Agency models for:

• Generating malicious software, automated exploit generation, or unauthorized penetration without authorization.
• Generating hateful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content prohibited under federal and international law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer server-side keys, credentials, or edge worker configurations.

4. Probabilistic Nature of AI & Limitation of Liability

AI Agency serves as an orchestrator and proxy to 53 distinct large language and diffusion models. AI models generate probabilistic responses. While our platform provides automated circuit-breaker failover and sandbox verification, PRRX Cooperation makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated answers. Users must independently verify critical technical, legal, and financial code before deployment.
